We are pleased to be selected to assist this family with their downsizing project. And, this will be the first professional estate tag sale to be held in the Whitehall neighborhood. The HOA has given us guidelines to follow and we hope you will help us comply, so that we and other companies will be invited back, and our customer will accomplish his goals also!
This sale is BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. We will start taking calls for appointments on Tuesday, January 2, at 9:00 am. Please call 919-795-4522 ONLY for a 30-minute appointment time.
The house has a beautiful traditional mahogany dining room set, a few Henkel Harris pieces, pretty and small corner cabinet, and quite a bit of sports memorabilia, including, cards, autographed photos, figurines, posters, etc., from many different types of sports. Lovely four-poster twin mahogany bed, highboy, console, and assorted household items.
Please put this sale on your calendar and make plans to attend. It will be worth the minor inconvenience of making the appointment! Parking will be either on Falls Church, or Partridge Lane. The townhouse is in the middle of the block between the two streets. There is no parking allowed in front of the townhouse, except for loading.
To be released closer to sale date
Entry is through the front door. We will use the area in front of townhouse - no parking here! Please park on one of the side streets parallel to the street townhouse is on. There is plenty of street parking available. Please mind your children. We love animals, please leave them outside (water will be available). We are happy to help you load furniture, please be patient while we try to get to everyone. Large items have a two-part tag. Once you are certain you want to purchase a large item, please tear the bottom half of tag off and bring to check-out. If you make a mistake and pull a tag, please give to one of our helpers to re-attach so the item is still available. Smaller items can be carried to the check-out. We will have a "sold" table in the check-out area where you can leave items you are going to purchase while you continue shopping. Boxes and paper will be available for wrapping. Questions in advance of the sale, feel free to call or email Raleigh Auction. However, in fairness to all, we don't disclose prices prior to sale. Accepted payment is cash, check, or credit card. All items sold as-is, where-is, no returns, refunds, or exchanges.
